These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteFound website at sitefound.ai and any services we provide, including website builds and AI automation. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

SiteFound builds mobile-first websites for local businesses from their existing Google reviews, photos, and Google Business Profile, with optional AI automation. Contact us about this website or our services via the enquiry form on the homepage.

2. Our services

We offer two published plans — the Starter site and Starter + AI automation — each described on the pricing section of the homepage. Final scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed with you before work begins.

3. The free audit

When you submit an enquiry, we provide a free, no-obligation audit and a recommendation for your business. The audit is advisory. We may decline to take on work where we do not believe we are a good fit, and we will tell you if we are not.

4. Content you provide

You confirm that any reviews, photos, and business details you provide to us belong to your business, or that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information used to build your website. We use your existing reviews and photos only to build the site you have approved.

5. Payment

Prices shown on the homepage are one-time payments. The price quoted to you is fixed at the point you approve the work. Payments are due before or on launch unless otherwise agreed. Prices are representative and may be converted to local currency at the prevailing rate.

6. Website approvals & launch

Typical delivery is 3–5 days from content approval. You will see the site before it goes live and approve the content. Delays caused by late approvals or missing information are not the responsibility of SiteFound.

7. AI automation

AI automation is optional, tailored to your business, and set up to handle specific tasks such as replies, lead capture, booking follow-ups, review requests, and FAQs. AI output is automated and may occasionally be imperfect; you remain responsible for your business's communications and for any final review of important messages.

8. Intellectual property

We retain rights to the underlying components, templates, and software we use. Once paid in full, you own the content and bespoke build of your website (hosting, domain, and third-party tools are separate). You may not resell or redistribute our work product.

9. Our limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including particular sales, bookings, phone calls, or search rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteFound is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our services.

10. Third-party services

Our sites and services may rely on third parties such as Google Business Profile, hosting providers, domain registrars, and analytics providers. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third parties.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
